Shipping Policy 运费
- Delivery or shipping is only applicable for West Malaysia.
- Flat rate of RM10.00 per transaction for West Malaysia.
Promotion rate of RM7.00 per transaction for West Malaysia (until further notice).
For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) delivery, the delivery fee will be based on the box dimension, weight and/or destination of the order, therefore, the delivery fee may be varied from time to time. Feel free to contact us by email or call to check on the delivery coverage area and charges.
For international delivery, we are sorry that it is not available at this moment.
Delivery time and method:
After receipt of payment, deliveries will be made either by our driver or third party transport/courier company within 1-2 working days (depending on area). If your order and receipt of payment is on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the goods dispatch shall be delayed to next working day. We strive to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible. Our current third party courier companies are Yamato Ta.Q.Bin or City Link courier service to you (Monday – Friday, excluding weekend and public holidays).
We shall deliver the goods to the shipping address that Buyer specified in its order. However, additional charges shall apply if the package is redirected, incomplete address or a correction is required by third party transport services. We are not responsible for shipping charges for packages returned due to missing or wrong shipping information.
We only accept return and exchanges due to the following reasons:
- Received incorrect goods
- Received damaged goods
How do I request Return/Refund/Replace?
- You must notified us of an exchange within 7 days from date of receiving of goods by email us with your FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER and REASON FOR RETURN, or contact us.
- You must received a confirmation from us BEFORE return the goods.
- We reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
- Goods must be returned unopened and in its original saleable condition and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- A one to one exchange will be processed upon receipt of your package.
- Goods purchased through a third party will not be eligible for an exchange.
- In the event that the goods you originally purchased is sold out, we will give alternative items for exchange.
- We only absorb the shipping charges if the return due to our oversight.
Refunds will be provided if any product ordered is out of stock. Notification notice of refund will be provided via email or phone.
